When firefighters arrived they found several residents trapped on balconies. Fire and smoke had cut off the stairways they tried to use to escape. Investigators someone deliberately set fires in the hallways in the first and third floor. There was strong odor of gasoline, plus there were two separate fires one on the first floor and third floor that indicates its suspicious in nature. So far there are no arrests.
