Driving into work it was terrible, rain coming down so hard it was difficult to see, especially with the car in me kicking up the spray. You can see the heavy rain stretching from new england southwestward into richmond, noon. There need changes in the path and projected track of Hurricane Matthew, assaults, but enough to bring subtle enough to bring the shield into the area. Its no longer a hurricane its a large overall system something you would see during the winter months. Instead of this storm, actually for the last several days, the storm was forecasted to do a turn back toward the south and affect florida and the bahamas, later this week. You can see the banged the Delaware River banding, the Delaware River florence, down into delaware. The farther west you go, youre too far west to feel the effects the storm system.
