A house fire has critically injured a woman. 3100 block of memphis street firefighters arrived to find the first floor engulfed in flames. They reached the woman trapped inside. Firefighters arrived and immediately rescued the occupant and brought her outside and transported her to the hospital for medical care. They rescued two animals, one dog was brought outside and resuscitated by the firefighters. The woman has serious burns again over much of her body. The rescued pets are expected to survive. The house does not have any working smoke detecters. Time 7 03. New this morning, five people are looking for a new place to stay and one elderly man is in the hospital after an earlymorning house fire it happened in west philadelphia. Investigators say the fire appears to be suspicious. The action cam at the scene are 5000 block of race street. The fire started in a vacant buildings before 3 00 a. M. When firefighters got to the scene they tell us flames were shooting out of the first and second floor windows. The flames damaged two neighboring homes where people were living.
