She also wants to address Mental Illness and the impact its had on her family. Doreen, she says shes not spoken to her daughter kathryn since she was arrested. Kathryn doesnt want to speak to her. If she could talk to her, shed tell her daughter she needs to take her medicine, and say where she took the children. Relatives believe once kathrcate hoggle begins taking medication to treat her illness, shell say where here children are. Its the common problem with every Mental Health situation is that you dont want to take your meds. But it will apparently take a court order to force hoggle to do that. Right now, shes undergoing a psychiatric evaluation to determine if shes competent, and shes not taking her medicine. Did you ever fear that she would harm them . Never. Never. Her mother, Lindsay Hoggle told news 4, she believes her daughter should be forced to take her medicine. It could be the best hope of finding sarah and jacob.
