Obviously, the forecasts were off, and conditions rapidly changed. We made what we thought was the best decision possible given the factors before us. In retrospect we could have made a different decision. Unfortunately, we cannot go back and redo what was done. One question on the minds of many students and parents who missed school today, will this count against their School Attendance record . Now, many of the School Districts have decided that students will be excused from school today if they didnt show up but they havent made a decision about faculty and staff.
