It began with the death of alfredo teo. The victims body was found of a garage of a then vacant home in this section of breeze hill in aspen hill, maryland, not far from the sheinbein home. In 1987 sheinbein murdered and mutilated alfredo teo. A montgomery teen, it was being called a thrill killing. Officials here uponed him back. Doug duncan was county executive at the time. If we had been able to keep him here hopefully none of this would have ever happened. Reporter though has eventual incarceration there only came after International Legal wrangling here. John mccarthy was prosecutor in the case here. We had won in the district level and in the final round of appeals we lost in the israeli supreme court. He was serving a 27year prison sentence in israel. We had a warrant that was outstanding for sam that was lodged with interpol. If he had left israel and he had been served with those warrants we had every intention of bringing him back here and putting him to justice here in montgomery county. Sheinbeins alleged accomplice committed suicide the day before his trial was to begin and the Israeli Knesset changed laws to make it easy for those to extradite seeking justice. A puzzling story closes. New details following a triple murder in prince georges count pep the victims shot to death inside an apartment in Capital Heights have now been identified. Today homicide detectives back in the neighborhood where three people were shot to death. Police trying to get information that could lead to an arrest. Earlier, Prince Georges County police were in the nearby wood, searching for evidence and looking in dumpsters trying to find clues that would lead to a killer and a motive. The victims identified today. 38yearold ortiz ola who lived in the apartment where the crimes happened. The other two victims lived in laurel. 33yearold staci white and 33yearold weldon mason. Heres how police say the victims were connected. Weve been able to determine that mason and white both worked together at a retailer in laurel, and that ola and mason were both friends. Were trying to further establish whether the three of them whether the three all knew each other. A Family Member of one of the victims discovered the bodies at 5 30 saturday afternoon. Its still not clear when the victims were killed. Ekt daives are also working right now to establish a timeline by talking with friends and family to figure out exactly how long these bodieses had been here. Prince georges county police saying that its very unusual to have a triple homicide here in the county. They say they are using a lot of resources, working 24 hours a day on this case and as you can see from the flyer, up to a 25,000 reward being offered for information to help lead to an arrest.
