Behind a knife put to her throat in a secluded area. Police are tying this most recent attack to one that happened the night of february 25th on 54th street. They hope to link him to two more attacks last fall. He is charged with the rape of last thursday and the rape that occurred on february 25th. In the previous two he is a strong person of interest. Reporter on october 20th a victim was able to give police a description of the suspect who attacked her in the 5800 block of annapolis road in cheverly. This vicious series of assaults began on september 8th with the rape of a woman walking on a wooded trail in the 5100 block of quincy street in bladensburg. Diggs has a criminal record stretching back to 1928 he served prison time for robbery and firstdegree assault. They believe they will be able to tie him to fall our of the recent sexual assaults in our area but say they do not believe he is connected to any other unsolved crimes. Two men from vietnam are responsible for the attack. They took names and email addresses but that seems to be the extent of the personal information. Investigators say theyve broke into eight email Service Providers and once they had the information they used it to spam the emails they hacked. They estimate the men made more than 2 million off the hack. Cia director john brennan announced a major Restructuring Organization of that agency today. One of the most sweeping reorganizations in cia history. The overall will include a new enhanced unit that will deal with Cyber Threats and cyber warfare.
