According to court documents, messerschmit using the handle dcguy456 went online soliciting responses from other men. They say he communicated back and ft. Worth someone identified as chrissanchez0906. They say messerschmit set up a meeting at his hotel room. The person who showed up at his hotel, Jamyra Gallmon. According to court documents, Jamyra Gallmon told the cops she had intentions of robbing messerschmit but as she went to leave the room he grabbed her arm. She had a flashback of an assault. And she stabbed him again and again. Tonight this statement from David Messerschmits wife. She says i have faith that the police and the courts will bring justice to david and all who loved him.
