You can see dozens of them in that shot right there. Of course gray died last week after stuffing a spinal injury. Baltimore police have not explained how or when that incident happened. Tensions remain high following a turning point in the freddie gray demonstrations over the weekend. Saturdays protests turned violent as night fell. Police cars damaged, businesses vandalized and looted 346789 people were thrown in jail. The Baltimore Police department launched an internal investigation into freddie grays death. The Six Police Officers are being questioned. The Investigation Centers on how grays spine was severed in Police Custody on april 12. He died a week later. The Justice Department has opened a civil rights investigation into this matter within. People are desperately trying to find their loved ones in nepal today. The death toll keeps growing. Added security at ravensworth elementary in springfield as Police Continue to search for a man who tried to abduct a boy there last friday. It was very scary. Police say the boy was near the main entrance of the school when a man grabbed him from behind and tried to lure him away. James holmes is charged with more than 160 counts including murder attempted murder and rigging explosives at his apartment. Prosecutors say holmes shot and killed 12 people and injured 70 others at a theert outside denver in 2012. Holmes pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. His defense Attorney Says homes was in the throes of a psychotic episode. Prosecutors say holmes carefully planned the shooting. Right now lawyers are making their case in defense of Dzhokhar Tsarnaevs life. Tsarnaev was found guilty on all counts for the bombing at the Boston Marathon two years ago. Today his family is taking the stand. You can see some of them right here. Defense lawyers say that tsarnaev deserves life in prison not the death penalty. Oh my gosh weve got softball sized hail going on and i just did you see that . Talk about a close call. A strong storm system brought high winds and hail to northern texas. The video was taken yesterday about 75 miles outside of fort worth. You can see the hail smash into the windshield. Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt. At least 19 tornados were reported. One of those twisters was a mile wide. The storm system knocked out power to more than 30,000 customers, crews are still working to turn the lights back on. Quinnipiac university surveyed more than 1,300 registered voters across the country. 58 of them said they support samesex marriage 34 say they oppose it. The numbers are one day before the Supreme Court hears four samesex marriage cases. The court could rule to effectively legalize gay marriage nationwide. In fact, tomorrow the Supreme Court will hear arguments in a landmark case that could pave the way for samesex couples to legally marry in all 50 states. The group called freedom to marry is running tv ads before the justices hear that case.
