We checked over night and none of the victims nor the gunmans name has been released. In Kansas Police say 90 fire thursday he got a restraining order. The Harvey County sheriff believes that is what cedric ford to kill three people and injure 14 others yesterday. A 28yearold woman is now charged with knowingly providing a weapon to a convicted felon. They say she gave ford two guns including an ak47. The Union County Board of education says it will hold a special meeting monday that isnt saying exactly what the meeting is about other than it deals with a confidential personnel matter. The announcement came yesterday just hours after the investigators say they would not pursue criminal charges in a case involving the Union County Superintendent mary ellis.
