What i proposed is, look, first of all, were going to freeze all federal regulations for one year and have a Vice President begin to deregulate, look at things that dont make sense, get rid of them. Number, two well have tax cuts for businesses and for individuals. Number three, were also going to restrain government so we can get to a balanced budget. Number four, lets get the border fixed. 0number five, lets start working on social security. Lets go to number four.
