Officer vincent was working undercover outside of scotts apartment executing a warrant for someone elses arrest. He said he noticed scott smoking marijuana in a parked suv and risking a blown cover, he ignored it. That all changed when officer vincent saw mr. Scott holding up a semiautomatic handgun as he sat in his vehicle. Drop the gun reporter investigators say scott disregarded at least ten commands by officers to drop the the next day.
