Developing tonight, the attorney for dc sniper lee boy malvo is asking that a judge toss out his life sentence. Malvo was convicted in the 2002 shoot that killed ten people in the dc metro area. He was 17 at the time. Malvos lawyer argues the mandatory life sentence is illegal because the Supreme Court determines such sentences are unconstitutional for juveniles.
