Reporter thats right, iain, the state department of Human Services tells me tonight it has now shut down a second daycare location of the same openers who own the daycare where the state says a 10yearold baby girl died in their care last week. You may remember little gentleman cira counts was found unresponsive outside the sisters daycare on the 3500 block of germantown avenue where she had been cared for. She died a short time later. Temple university hospital. Memorial still stands in that girls honor. Still not known how she died. A day after the state revoke the license of sisters daycare, after nearly a dozen violations were found. Well, today, investigators telling fox 29 that the operators tried to continue their child care operations in an address just three doors away on germantown avenue in a statement tonight the department of Human Services tells us the second emergency removal is a result of learning today that sisters child care appears to have attempted to move staff to this they are by second locate. You see him walking by and you see him like pulling out something from his hand and then my neighbors video you see him just slashing all the tires from this vehicle and the neighbors. Physical police say they have not yet reviewed the video so were blurring the face of the person in it. But Police Confirm seven vehicles had tires punctured or slashed on hellerman street.
