Police are looking for the man they say shot an 11yearold girl at about 3 30 this afternoon on the 700 block of west luzerne street. Police tell us he shot her in the foot while she was walking home from school. Shes at Saint Christophers Hospital in stable condition. We have developing news tonight out of West Philadelphia.
