Reporter this homeless man at the bottom of the screen was just trying to get out of the rain by standing in south Philadelphia Bank vestibule police say when he was ruthlessly attacked by two boils hulling rocks. Hell officials in Camden County monitoring mosquitoes for zika virus. Camden county Mosquito Commission unveiled their mosquito Identification Lab this morning.
