Thats where Authorities Say lightning has hurt two people. There have been two separate incidents this afternoon. Both at Point Pleasant beach. One woman was hit while she was on car on ocean avenue. Philadelphia police are on the hunt tonight for the person who shot a man in the Oxford Circle neighborhood. It happened just before 4 00 this morning along the 5900 block of loredo avenue. The forty nineyearold man was coming home after a night out when the man inside a jeep tried to rob him. They say the victim was shot three times hitting him in the head, back and leg. Police have not yet released a description of that shooter. To a developing story in north philadelphia where shooting overnight left one person dead and two other people hurt. One of them just 15 years old. This is just the latest outburst of violence in the part of the city where people are wondering how things got this bad. Fox 29s Sabina Kuriakose has details on it.
