A mother shot and killed with her Young Children home tonight her boyfriend is in custody. This news coming to us from darby borough. Employees say 31 year old edward moses, jr. , is charged with murder. The victim 26yearold crystal thomas was found shot and killed in her Spring Valley road home early this morning. Police say cops say she leaves behind a young son and daughter. Moses is the father of her son both kids were inside the hous at the time of the that shooting. The exact motive not yet known. But police call this a clear and senseless case of Domestic Violence and credit neighbors for stepping up with informati information. As we were standing out front, people were walk up to us and saying, i know this, just piece aft peace. I mean, as it was as it was progressing it was just neighbors coming up before wed even knocked on doors to canvass it. Thats how in seven hours or seven and a half hours we were able to make an arrest on this homicide. Police expect the suspect to be formally arraigned on the charges tomorrow morning. A safe place for children turns into a chaotic scene after a bomb threat is called in to a daycare. And the people accused of calling in that threat two employees at the daycare. You cant make this stuff up. Sound like something out of movie. Theres much more to this than just employees wanting to get out of a day of work. Report roar chris, this bomb scheme threat backfired when detectives were able to track down the suspects because they used an app trying to conceal their crime. There could have been hysteria and these kids now got to live with this report roar jim green still remembers the february day authorities raced to the new gulf Childrens Center just across the street in radnor and evacuated the building after a bomb threat texted to the school. Its it scares everybody. Reporter now Radnor Police charged School Employee alexis steed with risking a catastrophe. Threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction and endangering welfare of children. After 30 kids staff and administrators had to be evacuated then sent home. Theres allegedly some unrest at the school, and they wanted to cause problem for the institution. Unfortunately it scared a lot of people an lot of Parents School actually closed now. Reporter Police Brought in bomb sniffing dog and bomb squad investigators now say steed and a second employee couldnt cocked the scheme after problems at the school. Then they used some hightech tricks and a third person to try and cover their track. They used some type of app to cover themselves and try and thwart authorities from knowing who actually did it. Youre going to ruin your life over phone call over a job and youll never get another job again ever. Reporter all this left green concern about why anyone would resort to bomb threat at a school where local children go. Call in bomb threat you think its funny. Its not. They shall get the book thrown at you for trying even think of something that bad. Reporter now, police say this actually started when steed wanted to leave school early. They tracked that down. Thats where a oneyearold child was struck by a car not once but twice and the driver did not stop. It apparently all started with an argument which neighbors say may have been over money.
