She was pronounced on the scene. Right now were calling it a suspicious death. Were waiting for the medical Examiners Office do an autopsy. Reporter homicide detectives dispatched to the scene inside the park. Police say the woman went outer for a jog or a walk monday night and didnt return to her home on tolbert street off the back of the park. 9 00 p. M. She werent out for a walk or jog in the area. She wasnt heard from her. Her husband got nervous. Got concerned. Reporter neighbors say the victim belonged to the winchester swim club, a few blocks from her home. This club member saw her on sunday. She always was a really nice person. She always had a smile on her face. Im shocked to be honest with. Reporter word of the discovery stunned this neighborhood and had many worried about their own safety. Very scared for my kids. Very scared for myself. Women out there jogging or walking should be with someone else with them for protect. Im just kind of shocked to be honest with you. Its sad. Its really sad. Reporter now fox 29 is release the victims name police have not disclosed it pending the out come of the autopsy wednesday morning. Happening right now, the after mantle from a nasty tour bus collision in new yorks times square. The buses crashed near Seventh Avenue and west 47th street this afternoon. Dozens of Emergency Responders are on the scene and at least 11 people are hurt. Authorities say some of those injuries are serious but they are not deadly. The double decker buses appear to be from two different tour companies. No word yet on what caused the collision. Also happening right now, the search for a trio of vicious Assailants Police say punched a young woman who wouldnt give up her phone. A camera caught the whole thing. It happened last week on the 1500 block of 18th street. That is in north philadelphia. The woman says she was walking home from work when she got to her house the three men walked up and demanded her iphone. She says they punched her over and over. They took off without her phone. And she ended up at the hospital with injuries to her face. In berks county two people face charges in an assault at a school for children with special needs, and for trying to cover it up. Detectives say it happened in april. At the Paramount Academy in reading. They say behavioral specialist at the school slammed a 14 year old student against a classroom door before pinning him to the floor. The teacher in the classroom theresa biff sense first told police the student had been disruptive. Police say she later admitted she had lied. Failing to pay federal taxes, even cheating the Philadelphia School district by inflating expenses on a district contract to serve at risk students. The indictment does not identify the amount of money taken from the school district. It was a substantial sum of money and the evidence will show exactly how much that was.
