When you meet somebody you think i kind of like to date them, then you notice something about them that prevents you from ever talking to them again. [laughter] talking about a deal breaker. That would be diehl breakers how theyve changed over the years. This survey was done with men between 20 and 40 years of age and then they talked to women between 20 and 40 years of age. And listen to this. In 2016, the number one deal breaker for women, if the guy turns up that he has a tinge of racism in him. Women say you got to be open minded. They dont like sexism. Millennial men saris sim or any kind of intolerance is the number one deal breaker but men between the ages of 30 and 40 say bad hygiene is the worse thing. So thats the ultimate deal breaker. When it comes to that i know my uncle cause he was single for a long time but he said when he would go a womans house and if he had to use the restroom he would always lift up the top part of the toilet seat and see if its clean or dirty. I think its optimistic that on the top of the list for both men and women was racism, sexism and being intolerant of other humans. cause if youre rude in the outset from the jump its never going get any better and its only going to get worse. Another way to tell is like when youre out to like dinner or something how they treat the servers that kind of thing. Thats also an indicator. If and some makes a racist comment i would never see them again. Were up and were out of the restaurant. Were going home. Is this the first date and they make some type of offhand comment to you direct them or do you just say oh okay and like check please. Right to the check. Im out. Theyre a lot of cause. Yeah. I dont need to get out of my face. [laughter] so, lets say you get through the first date. You know what i think is more important than a first date. What. The second date. Oh. Why is that. cause now youre intrigued. I want to go out a second time but there is when the real probably the true information starts coming out, who they really are. Theyre on their best behavior first date. And then the real info starts coming out. Even on the second date i feel like people are on their best behavior. Steve harvey says he says give a man 90 days because no and what mann can keep up the charade for 90 days and eventually his true stuff is going to come out and youll learn a lot about him so. My charade lasts about 90 minutes. This is as long as you can go. Then ill blurt out something thats inappropriate. This is according to some research, a first date can be an incredibly stressful experience. It may be the second date you should be concerned about. First date is really just a quick look. Second date is more meaningful you go a little dear because thats when you start learning about things like shared interests. Their ideas. Their goals in life. Its the seconds date when you figure out if someone is worth spending time together i think thats right on target. You do. Makes you want to go in for a third by the second one youre like if we dont have anything in common you might be good looking or maybe you had this thing but thats not enough. I think this also shows how that important it is when youre going on dates make sure you plan something thats active. If were going to a Movie Theater youre staring at a screen and youre in the darkness for two hours and what did you learn about that person. You should do activities and see how they work with you and that kind of thing. That way youre learning about some that person. Go bowling. For your first date if you want a second date go to an expensive place for a restaurants because youre more committed youre all in. On a first. The more expensive place on your first date youre more likely to have a seconds date. You would be surprised karen how many men my guy friends and guys whenever it comes up they say when it comes to that first date they dont want to spend a lot of money because they dont know if were worth it yet. Have you heard. That thats like this new movement. Let me get to know you first to see if youre worth all this money and then theyll take you out on a expensive date. I think thats a red flag. That means theyre not just that into you. A coffee or a quick drink. Going all out on the first one. Going all in. Some people say if you start out that way then you kind of have to build up. Now theyre in love. Thats horrible. Pretty much. You feel like youve got them trapped and you just get comfortable. Sounds really bad. My mother says listen honey how it is in the beginning thats the best its going to be. After that it kind of goes do you or goes the same. If you dont like how hes treating you in the beginning you need to leave. There are some men that say as they start to get to know you the more feelings increase. Which one are you . Kind of awkward because it was our first date so we had to get all close and that kind of thing but it was fun and i always wanted to learn and do it. What happened to that guy. What did you say. He was from texas and i was visiting home and thats where we thats like every romance novel we were talking about what was it on lifetime channel the girl goes home meets a guy. Thats true. He was still a city game. It wasnt like a guy chopping wood. Thats what we were talking boy yesterday chopping wood. I was very impressed with this woman and it was at a party in san diego. Met her for like three or four minutes but, oh, man, she was beautiful woman, right. Yes. So i had to be in San Francisco a couple weeks later. So after knowing her three minutes had to fly up from san diego to San Francisco and the moment i met her this was a bad idea. Oh. But you flew her up. Then did you regret spending all that money. I did something horrible. What. I had gotten end her a hotel room. This was back in the day of the pager. I pretended my pager went off and said oh man i got to go back to l. A. And you left her there. She got the hotel room for a couple more days. How was she supposed to get back. I dont know. You have no idea how she got back. She flew back. She had a round trip ticket. It was not good. Why was eight bad idea. You said she was beautiful and everything. Looks arent everything. Yes exactly. Just as dull as this sharpie. I remember my worst date was this guy our families had like set us up or whatever and he asked me to meet him at the mall i go out and eat and so we started to walk around the mall the reservation wasnt happening yet. He walked in front of me he was on the phone talking and i was like oh okay. I was Walking Around looking in different stores. It was glad i do remember one time i met this woman i said you want to go do to dinner. She says yeah. We were living in new york. I took her to miami. You just said you want to go dinner. My thing is karen you would know more than me i thought labor was pretty darn painful so youre going to say im going to stop and not move and lets do this for social media. You know what my guess is that the baby had already been delivered maybe everything had calmed down. It took a long time especially in between your contractions can be several minutes so youre not really in the hard labor until you dont really go to the hospital until its less than two minutes apart but you have time in between. Theres nothing theres calm and no feeling. Nothing happening in between and then you get a contraction which is pushing the baby down and youre trying to distract yourself you get all these people you might as well do Something Like this. Karen tell me this. When jessica my first daughter was being delivered they put a little device into her skull while she was still in utero. Then that would indicate when the contraction was coming. So you hear it building on the machine and then and this went on for 36 hours with jessica. I saw three nurses change shift over and you stayed there the whole time. Im sitting by the bed for 36 hours like this and then in between contractions youre so exhausted you fall asleep two minutes later, you know, the alarm is going off. What was she doing when the alarm was going on. Screaming. It was horrifying but i would dream in those two minutes. Oh yes cause youre so tired and youre so exhausted and youre trying to massage backs. I didnt have any of. That i went with midwives and they could look at you and tell. Were you in a tub of water and something. I didnt do the tub with water. You squatted and gave birth in a tub. Not in the water but theyll start doing that soon. They dont have it in our area yet but under water births theyre going start doing that. Where were you . Were you in the living room. They have birth suite that is look like a room and they have beds and balls and you can get up and walk around. I left the place and went and had sushi. I went home and watched the phillies game. While in labor. While in labor. You reach a plateau period i went in labor started. I went home had sushi watched the phillies game and went back. I could do a mannequin thing. This is really cool. I lover this. Its over here at third and walnut. I walk by this place every day. Its a Beautiful Bridal suite boutique whatever.
