Claim jurors discussed the trial with each other before they were allowed to. We also learned today one of the jurors was removed because he talked to his personal attorney about the case. He said to his attorney, there are 12 people and they are kind of all over the place and i dont know what to do. Mcdonnells attorneys pushed for a mistrial then and asked judge spencer to interview the jury, but spencer chose to remove that one juror. The states attorney say the incidents happened about a year ago . Three High School Football players success sended of hazing at briarwood high in ashton. Allegations of this assault came up october 17th just before the teams game with rival broad run. So the three players were pulled before the game started. The nurses have recovered and were released from the hospital. Defense secretary chuck hagel today defended the pentagons decision to isolate troops for 21 days after coming back from ebola duty in west africa. Hagel called the policy smart, wise and prudent. The United States has already sent about 1,100 troops to west africa to hopefully help stop the virus. Pentagon Security Agency issued a safety memo to military personnel and civilians at the pentagon waing they could be targeted by terrorists or isis. The memo is not connected to any specific threat, rather a reminder for employees just to be careful. The women that are dealing and the families that experience Domestic Violence are oftentimes overlooked and not getting some of the services that they need from the shelter, the transportation, the emergency assistance. Reporter a growing crisis forced leadership to come up with resources to help families. Betty Hager Francis oversees the countys health and Human Services program. It was unfortunate it hasnt been available to everyone all along.
