This storm is moving in a counterclockwise direction and its pooling more moisture in from the ocean up against the mountains. Thats creating some heavier pockets of rain. For instance, along route 50 here in bowie, were looking at heavy rain. Its raining heavily along route 202 as well and along the baltimorewashington parkway were seeing heavy rain.
