Reporter police learned about this over the weekend when the alleged minor, the alleged victim in this case filed charges against officer darrell best. And these are disturbing charges when they involve anyone, but especially when they involve a person in a position of power and trust as darrell best is. Hes a Police Officer with mpd and also a pastor at this church. Take a look at this video. This is the church in southeast called goda Second Chance ministry. Its an all girls church. The alleged victim is a 16year old girl. She says the abuse happened on three separate occasions and it started in december of last year. Right now mpd is investigating and theyre asking anyone with information because as we know so often in cases like these, additional victims come forward.
