Dash cam video released yesterday shows his First Encounter with police where they say he was being very aggressive, even kicked officers. He said he was hurt, went to the hospital for treatment. On his way back, though, thats when he unbuckled his seat belt, rolled out of the car and then had that encounter with the officer.
