Health authorities mistakenly texted hundreds of travellers to self-isolate
Victoria's Health Department was caught in a contact tracing bungle this week 
Hundreds of Sydney residents were given the wrong advice by authorities
They were told to stay at home for 14 days even though they had tested negative
