Troopers investigate fatal crash in Muskingum County FRAZEYSBURG, Ohio — Troopers from the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol are investigating a Tuesday afternoon crash that claimed the life of a Nelsonville woman. Troopers responded to SR 586 near Raiders Road to reports of a two-vehicle crash just after 4 p.m. According to Sgt. Jeff Jirles, a vehicle driven by 42-year-old William Blosser of Lancaster failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of Raiders Road and SR 586. Blosser was then struck by an on-coming vehicle driven by 46-year-old Jeromey Willet of Zanesville. A passenger in the Blosser vehicle, 39-year-old Diana Kasler was killed in the crash, while a second passenger, 43-year-old Tammy Blosser, was life-flighted from the scene to Grant Hospital.
