Two arrested in unrelated pursuit and weapons violation in Noble Co.

CALDWELL — Noble County sheriff's deputies recovered suspected narcotics and more than $1,000 in cash alleged discarded by a Macksburg man during a brief pursuit on Interstate 77 early Friday morning.
Dominic Mincks, 22, was arrested on a felony indictment warrant returned by a Noble County grand jury for an alleged weapons violation and a probation violation warrant issued by Cambridge police in Guernsey County.
He remained incarcerated in the Noble County Jail.
Mincks was one of two men arrested by Noble County deputies Friday for allegedly criminal activity in the county.
A 56-year-old Beverly man was also taken into custody for a weapon's violation. He was allegedly parked outside a Caldwell business with a loaded rifle in his vehicle.
