Two local long-term care centers on cluster list Two long-term care facilities were on the cluster list released Wednesday, Jan. 13, by the Kansas Department of Health and Education. Each week, KDHE publishes the names of locations that have five or more COVID-19 cases with symptom onset dates in the last 14 days. Great Bend Health and Rehab remained on the cluster list for the third week, having 14 positive COVID-19 cases within the last 14 days. The last onset date was Jan. 8. Country Place Senior Living of Hoisington was also on the list this week with five cases. The last onset date there was Jan. 4.
