Two suspects arrested for fatal shooting during NYC drug rob

Tom Ruiz and Jonathan Tolentino tried to hold up Michael Monclus, 26, but allegedly ended up gunning him down in the stairwell of the Lexington Houses on May 8, police said Monday.
