U of I Extension to offer heart health series Rockford Register Star OREGON — The University of Illinois Extension will offer the four-week series Health at Home: Healthy Eats for a Healthy Beat from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays from Feb. 18 to March 11. Each 30-minute class will explore key nutrients for improving heart health and offer a live food demonstration showing how to prepare a heart-healthy meal.
