UAE visit part of a relation-building exercise, says Mabuyan

The provincial government has spoken out on the visit to the Eastern Cape by a large delegation of royalty and leaders from the United Arab Emirates, including Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the UAE and leader of Abu Dhabi.
