(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
Andrews Sykes Group PLC - Wolverhampton-based heating and cooling rental company - Makes Carl Webb, current managing director of its UK businesses, its group interim managing director. This is while Paul Wood, current group managing director, takes a leave of absence as a result of ill health.
RUA Life Sciences PLC - Ayrshire, Scotland-based medical device business - Appoints Chief Operating Officer Caroline Stretton to its board. Stretton was appointed as the company's chief operating officer in April 2020 following the acquisition of RUA Medical Devices Ltd and now joins the RUA Life Sciences board with immediate effect. Also appoints Ian Ardill as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Ardill is currently managing director of Causeway Finance Associates Ltd and was previously chief financial officer at Diurnal Ltd.
