ULM Art Program students and alumni participate in NELA Empty Bowls fundraiser event

This year, ULM Art Program’s Coordinator Megan Smith hosted a ceramic bowl-making day to support the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana’s Annual Empty Bowls Fundraiser. With the purchase of a ticket to Empty Bowls, attendees will get to take home a handmade bowl to serve as a reminder of the empty bowls in our community. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana. The event was hailed by the Ceramics concentration Bachelor of Fine Arts alumni, and has been supported by ULM for all eight years of the event’s existence.
