Ulverston man's request to extend community order to complete unpaid work delayed by Covid-19

A MAN from Ulverston is due to appear in court next week to amend the requirements of a community order due to Covid-19 stopping him completing his unpaid work.
David Edward Jewitt, 41, of Monument Way is requesting extend a community order made by Furness and District Magistrates Court on March 18, 2020 by 12 months.
He is making this request on the grounds that the additional time is needed to complete the unpaid work requirement due to Covid-19 restrictions.
He is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on February 22.
