A 12-year-old Oregon girl is scheduled to undergo an evaluation after allegedly stabbing her father. Sun Journal reports that the suspect appeared in front of a judge on Friday, via teleconference from the Long Creek Youth Development in South Portland. The Lewiston judge ordered the girl to remain behind bars and attend a scheduled evaluation to determine her competency. As CrimeOnline previously reported, the alleged stabbing happened last Wednesday at a home off of Winter Street in Auburn. At around 10 a.m., authorities arrived at the residence and found a 12-year-old girl with cut marks on her hands and her father with stab wounds to his chest and abdomen.
