US admits: Aid sent through new Gaza pier likely doesn't rea

Pentagon Press Secretary Patrick S. Ryder says it is unlikely that the aid the US has attempted to send into Gaza through the pier it constructed off the Gaza coast actually reached the people it is intended for.
