Usewalter Inc.: Usewalter Announces C$4,125,000 Private Placement Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - January 11, 2021) - GOLO Mobile Inc. doing business as Usewalter (TSXV: WLTR) ("Usewalter" or "the Company") today announced that it has entered into subscription agreements with certain insiders and related parties to complete a non-brokered, non-arm's length private placement of an aggregate of 45,833,331 common shares of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of C$0.09 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$4,125,000 (the "Private Placement"). Closing of the Private Placement is subject to approval of the TSXV and other closing conditions customary for offerings of this nature. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement to fund general working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.
