Utah man arrested not once, but twice for violating Kauai’s traveler quarantine

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - Kauai police have arrested a Utah man a second time for violating the mandatory traveler quarantine.
Police say 50-year-old David Barnes of Bountiful, Utah arrived on Kauai on Dec. 28.
He had no reservations for lodging accommodations and was told he needed to make some before he could leave the airport. He booked a room at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Kapaa.
