(Shutterstock) UXBRIDGE, MA — An Uxbridge doctor was sentenced to seven years in prison for her part in a prescription Adderall scheme. Leslie Caraceni, 58, was sentenced to seven years in prison and three years of supervised release for her part in a scheme to prescribe Adderall to people without a legitimate medical purpose, according to federal prosecutors. Caraceni pleaded guilty in August. Caraceni used to have an office in Framingham — her co-conspirator, Rene Ruliera, 52, of Southborough, pleaded guilty in August 2019. Another co-conspirator, Meghan Giacomuzzi, 37, of Whitinsville, pleaded guilty in February 2019.
