Two men accused of a fatal shooting at a Hopkinsville gas station appeared in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning. 21-year old Dalton Hall, of Springfield, Tennessee, and 26-year old David King, of Guthrie, are facing charges of murder, being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun, and tampering with physical evidence. King is also charged with first-degree hindering prosecution/apprehension. King appeared virtually from the Christian County Jail and waived his arraignment before Chief Circuit Judge John Atkins, with Hall also appearing virtually from the jail for a pretrial conference. Judge Atkins scheduled a pretrial conference on September 1st for both suspects.
