OFFICERS from the police and Wyre Forest District Council are appealing to the public for information about an "upsetting" vandal attack on trees in a Kidderminster park.
Three Himalayan Birch trees worth £1,000, which were planted in Brinton Park in memory of former Wyre Forest District Council parks officer Robin Minton, were sawn down earlier this month.
It's the third mindless attack of its kind in the last six years.

The latest incident happened over the weekend of February 6 and 7, close to the four winds shelter.
The council is urging anyone with information about the people responsible to report it to West Mercia Police, quoting crime number 22/14161/21.
