Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Assembly Human Resources Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. Monday. Members will hear an annual report from the Jensen Olson Arboretum Advisory and make four appointments to the panel. The panel will make three appointments to the Juneau Commission on Aging. All three incumbents have applied for reappointment and no other applications were received. Members will also take up a resolution approved by the commission requesting that its sunset date scheduled for this August either be removed or extended. On the agenda is a resolution increasing the membership of the Sister Cities Committee. There are currently three openings, but only committee chair Junnie Chup has applied.
