VCU, family of Adam Oakes to hold hazing prevention workshop

Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and the family of Adam Oakes -- a freshman at the university who died due to an alcohol-related hazing incident -- have announced an upcoming hazing prevention workshop which will be hosted in Oakes' honor.
