((FABIOLA WILLIAMS / Cousin is Missing: 11:30: he's a good person.)) Fabiola Williams of Boston is talking about her cousin, Ralph Jean-Marie - who vanished a year ago this week from central Vermont. That's someone always there for his friends, and the kind of guy who's really good about staying in touch. So when he disappeared the day after Easter last year, reportedly after an argument with his girlfriend at the Hollow Inn & Motel in Barre, leaving behind his glasses and needed medications, relatives knew something was wrong... ...Police consider him a victim of foul play. But Tuesday - on the anniversary of when Jean-Marie was last seen - the chief of the Barre PD and the head Washington County prosecutor said dozens of interviews where Ralph, or his remains, may be. ((BARBARA MARSEILLES / Missing Man's Sister: 8:25: I'm hoping there will be some type of closure.)) Barbara Marseilles of Providence Rhode Island is the missing man's sister. A $5000 reward for key information is up for grabs.
