Victorian businesses will receive additional financial support as lockdown eases through a new jointly funded package from the federal and state governments. The new Victorian Business Support Package will deliver an extra $400 million for thousands of small and medium businesses, with funding to be split evenly between the commonwealth and the state. Treasurer Tim Pallas today said the decision to provide additional aid was to further support traders as they continue to feel the effects of five lockdowns.
