As the last of the clouds from Tuesday’s all-day rain broke up Wednesday – just in time for the 346th tribute from the Mattaponi and Pamunkey people to the governor – Gov. Glenn Youngkin asked for a moment of silence for the downpour that allowed firefighters to contain wildfires burning across the state.
