Waynesboro Record Herald This year’s Pennsylvania Farm show will be quite a change for many who have made the event a tradition in the past. This year’s event will be virtual due to the coronavirus pandemic, and for two prominent people that contribute to the event, both from Waynesboro, it will be an adjustment. Gerry Reichard, special adviser to the Friends of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Foundation, and Harrison Frantz, livestock show manager, have been regulars there. Reichard has been involved for 20 years and went as a visitor before then, and Frantz has attended every year since 1989. “In my mind, the new year doesn’t truly kick off until you’ve been at the Pennsylvania farm show,” Frantz said.
