The University of Maryland will move all classes online for the next week and has asked students who live on the College Park campus to stay in their residences in an effort to squelch a worrisome rise in coronavirus infections. U-Md. President Darryll J. Pines described the measures as "Urgent COVID Actions" in an email Saturday to the campus community.
