Vote expected on 40-home Dover project opposed by residents DOVER – The city Planning Board is expected to vote Tuesday night on a proposal to build 40 single-family homes near the Leather’s Lane and Back River Road neighborhoods. The board previously voted at its November meeting to table a public hearing on the proposed development to hold a site walk. The vote came after several residents at the November meeting raised concerns about the development, and 17 others emailed their concerns to the board. Danielle Alley is a resident of the nearby Fords Landing Condominiums and emailed her concerns to the board before Tuesday’s meeting.
