The employee is accused of throwing Molotov cocktails at multiple locations just hours after he was placed on leave.  Richard White, 37, of 31 Wheeler Lane, Torrington, was charged Tuesday with criminal attempt to commit first-degree arson, manufacturing of bombs, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal mischief in connection with the Meriden incident. He is also charged with third-degree arson and third-degree burglary in connection with an incident in Old Saybrook.Â
